Josiah Mason who lived from 23rd February 1795 to 16th June 1881 was the largest manufacturer of pen nibs in the world in the 1800's and the site of his factory that still stands in the Jewellery quarter in Birmingham is not far from our own. This range of pens have been named after him as a tribute.
