Brand New Sterling Silver Nurses Buckle with Lattice Filigree Pattern . Our silver nurses buckles are made in our factory in Birmingham's famous jewellery quarter. After the first stage of the manufacturing process our silver nurses buckles are submitted to the Birmingham assay office where they are tested and fully hallmarked. After the buckles have been through the final finishing stages they are packed in smart leatherette cases ready to be delivered.
