Returns Policy

All items that we sell are closely inspected prior to despatch to make sure that there is nothing wrong with them. If you wish to return an item you must send it back within 7 days of delivery by a signed for method of posting at your own cost and risk undamaged and in its original packaging.

If there is nothing wrong with the item in question we will issue you with a full refund LESS the postage charges that we have incurred in sending the item to you. Where we use the term FREE POSTAGE or POSTAGE IS INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE¯ in our item descriptions it assumes that you are buying an item from us to keep, not to it send back. We do not offer a free approval service.

If an item is returned to us in a marked or damaged condition where it has been handled we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking and re-furbishment fee.

None of the above affects your statutory rights in the very unlikely event that an item you have received is faulty and for this we offer a no quibble 100% full refund or replacement guarantee and we will pay the return postage as well.

Engraved items

Items that have been engraved are covered by a different set of selling regulations as they are classed as bespoke items and any refunds will be made totally and absolutely at our discretion based on whether or not we can re use the item in question after erasing the engraving if this is possible.

PLEASE NOTE.   It is not possible to erase engraving on some items such as engine turned pens.

All orders are only accepted on the above terms and the placing of an order with us is deemed to be accepting these terms.
