- An English made hallmarked sterling silver mounted ships style decanter. The name "ships decanter" originated because of the very wide base that made them very stable in rough seas. The ships decanters in our range are English crystal and this one has completely plain glass. The silver collars are made and then hallmarked in Birmingham. The decanters are superbly presented in silk lined presentation boxes
